Get to know the ins and outs of our house.
If there is no such thing as luck, we better let you have some knowledge. Below you will find information on how our house works, as well as some technical support.
STAR WARS ROOM
The key to the secret Star Wars Game Room is located on the hook above the black console table by the house entrance. Please keep the room locked when you are not home and leave the key where you found it, when you depart the premises. You are the Chosen One. You have brought balance to this world. We thank you.
For the highest success in the game room, please turn off Bluetooth on your devices before entering room to avoid cross device communication and signal interruptions. I’m one with the Force. The Force is with me.
TO PLAY MOVIES
1. Turn on the Projector with the remote.
2. Turn on the Apple TV box with the Apple Remote.
3. Turn on the Soundbar with the soundbar remote.
4. Hit the Bluetooth button to connect the soundbar.

If the soundbar is not working, here is how to trouble shoot. Go to the Apple settings and then do these steps. (Make sure to turn off Bluetooth on your own phone and other devices you may have brought).
Connect to the BOSE Soundbar.
LIGHTING
Movies are best watched with the overhead lights off. You can turn on the LED light strip with the remote or the LED corner lamp on the actual cord. If the light strip does not turn on, check that it is plugged in.
If the light strip does not turn on, check that it is plugged in. Point the remote to the bottom corner wall across from the washer/dryer for the strip lights.
For the corner LED light, just point the white remote directly at it.
LAUNDRY
The washer and dryer are located behind the star curtain in the Star Wars Game Room.

LIVING ROOM
TV
Use the Roku Stick Remote to turn on the TV. You can navigate to your preferred app and sign in with the same remote. Should you have issues, and the input has been changed, go ahead and use the Samsung remote to change the input. If the remote is not visible, it will be in the kitchen drawer closest to the entrance.
Fire Place
Our fireplace has a Throat Damper Control. Please ensure that the chimney damper is open by doing a visual check. Stick your head in the fireplace and look up. If it's dark outside, use a flashlight. If the room fills with smoke, the damper is probably shut...
Please only use artificial fire logs such as Duraflame or Javalogs. They can be purchased at the local grocery store.

OUTDOOR
To turn on the string lights, you have to open the light switch box next to the sliding door on the first floor or next to the game room door in the patio area. The light switch box has a little lever on the side to help you open it.

We have 12 Yoda stickers hidden around the house. Please don’t remove but have fun finding them.
